# Push Up

Parameter to set in the URL :

exercise=push_up
```

Legacy aliases still accepted:

* `pushup` → `push_up`
* `face_pushup` → `push_up`

Placement requirements :

* The user need to be in pushup upper position and be facing the camera
* Check the video bellow
