For upload tracking, exercise is mainly relevant in source=video mode (movement tracking). For source=image, you can omit it.

If you currently use older exercise keys, migrate to the V3 keys above.


What exercise changes

The selected exercise controls:

  • placement requirements (type: "posture")

  • counting logic (type: "counter")

  • optional: progression, recommendations, form_score

  • custom flows (jump calibration + jump results)
